drugs and cigarettes are health hazards

2nd PT session today,
with cass,joanne,gin,aijia,jasmine and zak.

warmup two rounds
15mins continuous jog
6x200 intervals (< 50secs)
3x300 intervals (< 80secs)
2x20 push up (normal&diamond)
2x25 crutches
bridge (30,50,50secs)
2x10m lunches

try doing them if you think it's easy,
especially the intervals.

lunch/dinner out at subway with the girls(:
and 14pieces nuggets with gin after that.
what a pig.
